What you will drive
- Act as strategic marketing partner to UK, Europe & India Defence leadership, driving brand-based marketing aligned to priority accounts.
- Translate sector ambition into focused, integrated marketing strategies that support pipeline development, work winning, and client retention.
- Define and deliver integrated multi-channel marketing plans (events, thought leadership, digital marketing, media relations) to elevate AECOM's Defence brand.
- Manage marketing budget, define success measures and KPIs, and evaluate performance using insight and analytics.

- Strong strategic marketing leadership skills, including developing marketing objectives, strategy, and plans aligned to business goals.
- Ability to synthesize market and client insights to shape campaigns and positioning, with knowledge of defence procurement and influencers across UK, Europe, and India.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and represent Defence marketing strategy in leadership forums.
