Data Coordinator

• Process and import third-party gifts including EFTs and stock gifts into EveryAction with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform weekly duplicate reviews, monthly data cleanup, and routine record updates to maintain database cleanliness and accuracy.
• Identify systemic data issues and recommend improvements to strengthen data quality and organisational workflows.

This role ensures the integrity of donor data, enabling effective stewardship and fundraising that directly supports animal welfare campaigns.

• Experience with donor databases, preferably EveryAction or similar CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to identify and resolve data issues.
