Data Analyst (Freelance) - Remote

• Develop and document a measurement framework to assess GOTV outreach impact.
• Analyze Facebook Messenger and SMS campaign performance, including timing, messaging, and audience segmentation.
• Conduct voter file matching analysis and build/maintain Looker Studio dashboards.
• Generate reports and produce a comprehensive post-GOTV analysis with recommendations.

This role directly supports civic engagement by measuring and optimizing voter registration and get-out-the-vote efforts, helping to increase participation among BIPOC and low-income communities.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data systems management, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and statistical models.
• Experience with voter file matching and civic engagement metrics is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

Freelance opportunity with potential to renew. Compensation: $70 - $95 per hour, depending on experience. Estimated 10-20 hours per week. Remote work.
