Mission
What you will drive
- Support Cost Managers in maintaining accurate cost data structures across multiple active data center construction projects.
- Aggregate, clean, and analyze project cost data to support forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
- Prepare corporate reporting materials including dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis to identify trends, variances, and key drivers across projects.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree required (Data Analytics, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred).
- 2โ5 years of experience in data analysis, project controls, cost engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
