Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide day-to-day user support, training, and technical assistance for the Disability Advocacy Database (DAD) across P&A/CAP agencies.
  • Manage, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and produce actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain queries, dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field, or 5+ years equivalent experience.
  • Strong skills in data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization; proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Power Query), and familiarity with Python or R.
  • Experience developing queries, dashboards, datasets, and recurring reporting workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and high attention to detail.
