Data Analyst and Systems Lead

• Provide day-to-day user support, training, and technical assistance for the Disability Advocacy Database (DAD) across P&A/CAP agencies.
• Manage, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and produce actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain queries, dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements, testing, and continuous improvement.

This role strengthens the data systems and reporting capabilities that support the Protection and Advocacy Network, enabling more effective legal services and advocacy for people with disabilities, thereby advancing disability rights and equal opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field, or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization; proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Power Query), and familiarity with Python or R.
• Experience developing queries, dashboards, datasets, and recurring reporting workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and high attention to detail.

Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually. Benefits include health plan, Flexible Spending Accounts, transit and parking benefits (D.C. Metro area employees), 403(b)-retirement plan, paid vacation and sick leave, and at least ten paid holidays.
