Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical processes and risks;
  • Define, document, and validate business continuity requirements (RTO, RPO);
  • Map business needs to IT services and maintain continuity data in the service catalogue;
  • Establish and manage IT service recovery priorities and restore sequencing;
  • Coordinate development and maintenance of IT recovery plans and procedures;
  • Maintain service dependency registers (suppliers, systems, SLAs, fallback solutions);
  • Validate backup and restore capabilities and ensure recovery feasibility;
  • Plan and execute recovery tests, simulations, and resilience exercises;
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-test analysis, reporting, and remediation tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent practical experience;
  • Proven experience in IT service continuity, disaster recovery, or resilience roles;
  • Strong experience conducting BIAs and translating outcomes into IT requirements;
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments (infrastructure, applications, cloud);
  • Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, TISAX);
  • Experience working within ITSM / ITIL-based service management environments;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills;
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
