Customer Success Representative

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products and services.
• Support customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive start to their experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
• Support customer retention by escalating and coordinating resolution of customer issues with internal teams.

By ensuring customers get maximum value from clean portable power solutions, this role helps accelerate the adoption of zero-pollution, zero-noise energy, contributing to a more sustainable world.

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Coordination, or Sales Support.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Salary: CAD $55,000 – $62,500 per year. Annual Performance Bonus, Health Spending Account.
