Job description
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products and services.
- Support customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive start to their experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
- Support customer retention by escalating and coordinating resolution of customer issues with internal teams.
