What you will drive

  • Assist property managers, supers, and owners with the Runwise platform
  • Draft and deliver savings analyses for existing customers
  • Identify ongoing opportunities to expand customer relationships (new products, new buildings, advisement)
  • Proactively identify potential problems that may reduce savings or miss customer goals

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1-3 years of direct customer management experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with a range of customers from individual business owners to C-level executives
  • Problem solver who can diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly
