Mission
What you will drive
- Assist property managers, supers, and owners with the Runwise platform
- Draft and deliver savings analyses for existing customers
- Identify ongoing opportunities to expand customer relationships (new products, new buildings, advisement)
- Proactively identify potential problems that may reduce savings or miss customer goals

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1-3 years of direct customer management experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with a range of customers from individual business owners to C-level executives
- Problem solver who can diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly
