Mission
What you will drive
- Manage a portfolio of prioritized customers, working closely with their product and engineering teams, as well as senior stakeholders, owning retention and expansion.
- Own the full post-sales cycle from product development through to launch and scale, including testing new CS strategies to drive customer impact.
- Build the Customer Success function at Enode, shaping approach, processes, systems, and tooling as the company scales.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure what is built reflects customer needs, and partner with Sales and Marketing to improve the customer journey.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of relevant experience in early-stage CS at a fast-growing startup, or applicable experience from management consulting with startup, technology, or energy focus.
- Strong client-facing skills, communication skills, and ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Startup mindset with high levels of agency, drive, and ambition; comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Analytically strong and a first principles thinker; bonus: experience from the energy sector and/or API products.
