Mission
What you will drive
- Manage end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to ongoing success for 5-15 mature accounts and 1-3 onboarding projects.
- Monitor customer health metrics, proactively detect issues and opportunities, and drive upsell/cross-sell.
- Conduct training sessions, develop user guides, and foster customer advocacy through case studies and testimonials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Presales, Support, Development) to channel customer insights for platform improvement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (computer science, engineering, data, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong project management and analytical skills with focus on KPIs and customer metrics.
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent communication and empathy.
