What you will drive
- Act as first point of contact for customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality support.
- Support SMB account management, customer onboarding, training, and documentation.
- Assist Customer Success Managers with enterprise account coordination, reporting, and commercial initiatives.
- Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and contribute to process improvement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1โ2 yearsโ experience in Customer Success, Support, or similar role.
- Strong interest in SaaS, technology, and customer experience.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Bachelorโs degree (business or related field preferred); CRM and Google Workspace experience advantageous.
