What you will drive

  • Act as first point of contact for customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality support.
  • Support SMB account management, customer onboarding, training, and documentation.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with enterprise account coordination, reporting, and commercial initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM data, generate reports, and contribute to process improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1โ€“2 yearsโ€™ experience in Customer Success, Support, or similar role.
  • Strong interest in SaaS, technology, and customer experience.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (business or related field preferred); CRM and Google Workspace experience advantageous.
