Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide customer support for the Mightycause nonprofit fundraising and Giving Day platform via email and phone.
  • Become an expert on Mightycause tools, proactively learn new features, and assist with keeping the knowledge base current.
  • Support and train nonprofits in using the platform, guide them in building peer-to-peer fundraising and event pages.
  • Meet goals for ticket response time, solve volume, and customer satisfaction; communicate feedback to Community and Product teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Nonprofit industry knowledge and basic understanding of nonprofit fundraising best practices.
  • Experience with support ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply both verbally and in writing; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
