What you will drive
- Lead client delivery and business development for cybersecurity projects in federal and utility accounts, focusing on water, infrastructure, and emergency management.
- Serve as the company's cybersecurity expert, overseeing technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, secure SCADA/ICS/OT environments, and provide incident response planning.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff in technical delivery.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Masterโs Degree or PhD in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or Information and SCADA Systems).
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a lead cybersecurity expert for government or utility clients.
- Minimum 10 years of staff and team management experience.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required; additional certifications like CompTIA Security+, CISM, CEH preferred.
