Creative Specialist

• Design and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, customer engagements, events, and strategic business initiatives.
• Transform complex data, business strategies, and messaging into clear, visually engaging, and impactful presentations.
• Edit corporate videos, develop motion graphics, and produce multimedia content aligned with creative direction and business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and delivery timelines in a fast-paced global environment.

This role creates positive change by enabling effective communication of Hitachi Energy's strategic initiatives and innovations, supporting the transition to sustainable energy through compelling visual storytelling that engages stakeholders and drives business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, presentation design, visual communications, or related creative disciplines.
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise with a proven track record of creating executive-level presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
