Mission
What you will drive
- Implement internal programs to benefit team efficiency, coordination, and communication.
- Complete cross-functional rotations with CPX teams to ensure business continuity during extended leaves or high-volume periods.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Workiva products and their impact on customers and partners.
- Utilize Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight, Confluence, and other systems for account and contact management.
