CPX Coordinator - EMEA

• Implement internal programs to benefit team efficiency, coordination, and communication.
• Complete cross-functional rotations with CPX teams to ensure business continuity during extended leaves or high-volume periods.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Workiva products and their impact on customers and partners.
• Utilize Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight, Confluence, and other systems for account and contact management.

This role supports customer and partner success, enabling organizations to navigate uncertainty and maintain trust through Workiva's platform, which unifies finance, risk, and sustainability for better decision-making.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Technical aptitude with competency in AI.
• Team-oriented with high attention to detail.
• Organized with ability to prioritize and multitask multiple projects simultaneously.
