Course, National Security Law and AI (Summer 2026)

• Teach national security law as it applies to advanced AI systems, covering legal frameworks and challenges including misuse, theft, surveillance, and autonomous systems.
• Deliver 9-12 expert-led live sessions with suggested readings on AI policy and current national security issues.
• Offer three concentrations: US Domestic AI Policy, Global AI Governance, and Military Applications of AI.
• Provide a certificate of completion for attending 80% of sessions and completing readings and discussion groups.
