• Mentor aspiring researchers on impactful projects addressing AI safety, policy, governance, or biosecurity over a 3-month period.
• Submit a research project proposal within SPAR's focus areas and define applicant requirements.
• Review mentee applications and select qualified candidates based on your criteria and project fit.
• Supervise mentee work for 2-10 hours per week as they advance your research project.

This role directly advances critical research in AI safety, policy, governance, and biosecurity by guiding the next generation of researchers and accelerating impactful projects.

• Experience supervising or mentoring research projects.
