What you will drive
Design and facilitate a 'Training for Transformation' course as part of the Funding Fairer Futures Project, focusing on inclusivity, gender equality, and solidarity. Key responsibilities include:
- Co-design and co-deliver an in-person session in Brussels and six online training sessions, along with reflection sessions and a final networking event.
- Collaborate with Global South and Eastern European partners to ensure diverse perspectives and engage co-facilitators.
- Apply inclusive, participatory, and power-sensitive learning methodologies.
- Capture and synthesize learning outcomes, challenges, and stories of change for reporting and future planning.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering transformational learning experiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in participatory facilitation, with skills in decolonisation, discrimination, anti-racism, anti-ableism, feminism, and localisation.
- Experience working with diverse international environmental groups, particularly in intersectional and inclusive approaches that have delivered change.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, and commitment to inclusive, power-sensitive approaches.
- Essential competence in English; desirable skills in French, Spanish, or sign interpretation.
