Corporate Development Analyst

• Analyze financial information and report on performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive accuracy of financial projections in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare detailed presentations, analyses, and memoranda for capital raises, strategic transactions, and key business initiatives.
• Support evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities.

This role directly supports Electric Hydrogen's mission to decarbonize heavy industry by enabling capital raising and strategic transactions that accelerate the deployment of renewable electrolysis for green hydrogen production, displacing fossil fuels.

• 1–3 years of full-time experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, business operations, startups, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and financial analysis.

Base salary range: $110,000 – $120,000 USD (National Zone). Additional benefits include equity grant, time off programs, $75/month cell phone allowance, 4% employer 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, short-term & long-term disability, and discretionary bonus.
