What you will drive
- Train and support law student volunteers providing online legal assistance through LiveHelp chat service.
- Develop and improve training materials and onboarding processes for volunteers.
- Monitor volunteer interactions for quality and provide feedback to ensure accurate, empathetic, and helpful service.
- Collaborate on creating plain language legal content for LawHelpNY website.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- J.D. degree and membership in the New York State Bar.
- 5+ years legal experience with a passion for training and writing.
- Plain language writing skills and training skills.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
