What you will drive

  • Train and support law student volunteers providing online legal assistance through LiveHelp chat service.
  • Develop and improve training materials and onboarding processes for volunteers.
  • Monitor volunteer interactions for quality and provide feedback to ensure accurate, empathetic, and helpful service.
  • Collaborate on creating plain language legal content for LawHelpNY website.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • J.D. degree and membership in the New York State Bar.
  • 5+ years legal experience with a passion for training and writing.
  • Plain language writing skills and training skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
