Content Manager

• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible legal content on LawHelpNY and other platforms.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, volunteers, and partners to identify legal changes and create content.
• Develop and implement a content roadmap aligned with program goals and user needs.
• Oversee translation of legal content into other languages to ensure language justice.

This role ensures that people in New York, especially those in poverty, have access to accurate, plain-language legal information, helping them navigate the law and live more secure lives.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferred; JD or paralegal experience in nonprofit legal settings helpful.
• Strong writing skills and experience translating complex legal information into plain-language, accessible content.
• Bilingual Spanish (fluent) required.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
