Content & Donor Communications Manager/ Senior Manager

• Own and optimize donor email communications, including welcome series and fundraising campaigns, to convert supporters into donors.
• Develop content strategy and storytelling that translates programmatic work into compelling donor-facing narratives.
• Manage social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to grow awareness and engagement.

You will inspire donors to invest in advancing freedom for North Koreans, turning awareness into action and sustaining long-term support for human rights.

• 3+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising communications or direct response copywriting with a focus on email conversion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing long-form storytelling, email communication, and campaign copy.
• Experience using performance data (open rates, CTR) to inform content strategy.
• Experience managing social media accounts and developing integrated marketing campaigns.

Hybrid work schedule (in-office Wednesdays for local candidates) or fully remote within the US. Salary not specified.
