What you will drive

  • Own and optimize donor email communications, including welcome series and fundraising campaigns, to convert supporters into donors.
  • Develop content strategy and storytelling that translates programmatic work into compelling donor-facing narratives.
  • Manage social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to grow awareness and engagement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising communications or direct response copywriting with a focus on email conversion.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing long-form storytelling, email communication, and campaign copy.
  • Experience using performance data (open rates, CTR) to inform content strategy.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and developing integrated marketing campaigns.
