Content and Conversation Curator (Volunteer)

• Publish 2-3 high-quality posts per week including a climate news roundup, poll or debate prompt, and highlight high-performing posts.
• Activate and sustain conversations by tagging relevant members, asking engaging questions, and replying to comments.
• Support member-led content by inviting contributions, highlighting standout posts, and building a library of templates and prompts.

This role turns a global network of climate professionals into a space for meaningful discussions, breaking silos and accelerating climate and sustainability solutions worldwide.

• Experience in content creation, social media, or journalism.
• Strong writing skills across analytical and conversational tones.
• Familiarity with climate and sustainability sectors.
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous team and available consistently 4+ hours/week.

Unpaid volunteer role offering hands-on experience shaping the content voice of a global platform, collaboration with the Engagement Team and ecosystem leaders, skill-building in content strategy and community engagement, meaningful connections across the climate ecosystem, and a clear path to leadership opportunities.
