About the role

You will manage BESS and PV projects as an owner's engineer, from basic design through construction and commissioning. You will review EPC and supply contracts, coordinate project resources, and handle client communications. You will manage 2 to 4 projects at once and visit project sites weekly during construction and commissioning.

A typical day

You might start with a remote team call to review project progress and assign tasks. Later, you could review detailed engineering drawings or EPC contracts for one of your projects. Some days you will travel to a project site to supervise construction or commissioning and report back to the client.

Who 3E is looking for

  • Degree in electrical engineering or similar, with 3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy projects.
  • Demonstrated cross-disciplinary knowledge of BESS plants, including SCADA and PPC systems.
  • Experience supervising construction and commissioning of BESS or PV projects.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVCase, and Microsoft 365, and able to work remotely.
