Mission

What you will drive

The consultant will produce a suite of knowledge and learning products documenting the SHE SOARS project's capacity strengthening of Women's Rights Organizations (WROs) and Youth-Led Organizations (YLOs) in Kenya and Zambia. Key responsibilities include:

  • Synthesizing baseline capacity assessments and mapping capacity strengthening interventions against three domains (ASRHR Legal and Policy Research & Analysis, Advocacy Capacity, Use of Accountability Mechanisms).
  • Documenting how capacities evolved over time and developing a contribution analysis linking inputs to outcomes.
  • Producing publication-ready knowledge products such as a synthesis report, learning briefs, scorecards, documentaries, and advocacy packs.
