Consultant: SHE SOARS Knowledge & Learning Products Documentation

The consultant will produce a suite of knowledge and learning products documenting the SHE SOARS project's capacity strengthening of Women's Rights Organizations (WROs) and Youth-Led Organizations (YLOs) in Kenya and Zambia. Key responsibilities include:

• Synthesizing baseline capacity assessments and mapping capacity strengthening interventions against three domains (ASRHR Legal and Policy Research & Analysis, Advocacy Capacity, Use of Accountability Mechanisms).
• Documenting how capacities evolved over time and developing a contribution analysis linking inputs to outcomes.
• Producing publication-ready knowledge products such as a synthesis report, learning briefs, scorecards, documentaries, and advocacy packs.

This role strengthens the capacity of women's and youth-led organizations to advocate for evidence-based, accountable, and equitable adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (ASRHR) policies and services, directly improving outcomes for out-of-school adolescent girls in Kenya and Zambia.

• Expertise in knowledge management, documentation, and learning product development for international development projects.
• Strong analytical skills for capacity assessment synthesis and contribution analysis.
• Experience with sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and advocacy in African contexts, particularly Kenya and Zambia.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to produce high-quality reports, briefs, and multimedia content.
