Mission
What you will drive
- Collaborate with the LEARN project team and subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials including course outlines, facilitator guides, storyboards, e-learning modules, multimedia content, and assessments.
- Apply best practices in adult learning and e-learning instructional design to enhance learner engagement and outcomes, with a focus on visual clarity and learner-friendly presentation.
- Support content adaptation for the LEARN LMS platform, ensuring accessibility and quality compliance, and participate in quality assurance testing and revision cycles.
- Assist with training and technical user support for end-users of e-learning courses within the LMS, and provide regular progress updates and deliverables according to agreed timelines.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in instructional design, preferably supporting health/security related training projects.
- Intermediate level skills in multimedia instructional development authoring tools (Articulate 360 including Storyline, Rise, Replay; Microsoft Office Suite; Canva or Adobe Illustrator; video editing software such as Vyond).
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and content management systems (e.g., Moodle Workplace, Kaya, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to work within translation AI tools to translate content into various languages.
