What you will drive

  • Review and audit renewal opportunities to ensure pricing, terms, and customer data align with contracts and company policies.
  • Generate and monitor exception reports to identify transactions outside standard procedures.
  • Validate daily sales quotes and order forms for accuracy.
  • Maintain clean data records and ensure synchronization between CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) systems.

  • Strong attention to detail with aptitude for auditing data and ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Basic familiarity with Excel, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
