Community Operations Manager

• Manage day-to-day operations of MetaFilter's volunteer moderation program and community infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary operational link between the Board, volunteers, committees, contractors, and the community.
• Ensure moderation, volunteer, and community support systems operate effectively, consistently, and transparently.
• Support volunteers, improve operational processes, and coordinate distributed teams.

This role ensures MetaFilter's community remains healthy, sustainable, and well-supported, fostering a positive online space for thousands of members.

• Experience in volunteer management, operational coordination, or community stewardship.
