Community & Municipal Engagement Manager - Community Solar (Maryland)

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with municipalities, elected officials, community organizations, and local leaders to expand access to community solar.
• Educate stakeholders about Maryland's community solar program and facilitate subscriber enrollment through in-person events.
• Represent Solar Landscape at community meetings, events, and public outreach activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project development and compliance.

This role directly expands access to affordable clean energy for Maryland residents and businesses, reducing electricity costs and accelerating the transition to renewable energy in underserved communities.

• 5+ years of experience in community engagement, government relations, public affairs, business development, economic development, nonprofit leadership, clean energy, utilities, or related fields.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Maryland; driver's license and vehicle preferred.
