Community Manager Lead

• Build and maintain strong relationships between SP Energy Networks and the communities it serves through regional engagement, partnerships, and outreach activities.
• Coordinate SPEN's presence at regional events, manage community sponsorships, and deliver engaging events aligned to business priorities.
• Support school engagement, health & safety programmes, and curriculum-linked sessions at SPEN venues.
• Capture case studies, provide data for social impact reporting, and support external communications.

This role directly strengthens community relationships and supports the transition to renewable energy, helping to create a better, more sustainable future for the communities served by SP Energy Networks.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering events, partnerships, or community programmes.
• Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems; experience with Tractivity or similar systems.

Salary starting from £55,200 to £69,000, plus up to 15% annual bonus and Single Cover Healthcare. Additional benefits include 36 days annual leave, pension scheme (company contribution up to 10%), share incentive plan, electric vehicle schemes, cycle to work scheme, and various discounts.
