Community Coordinator

• Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteers for various roles within HEALing communities.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and communication to volunteers.
• Coordinate the establishment of new HEALing communities and support existing ones.
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising and awareness events.

This role directly supports the health, education, aid, and leadership opportunities for children in Palestine, particularly in Gaza, by mobilizing a global volunteer community and coordinating impactful programs.

• Experience in volunteer coordination, community outreach, or event planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Passion for HEAL Palestine's mission and working with diverse communities.
