Communications Senior Lead, Indonesia

Lead media relations and digital marketing strategy to strengthen organizational visibility and audience growth for an animal protection NGO.
- Develop and execute proactive media strategies, build journalist networks, and secure high-impact coverage across print, TV, and radio.
- Design integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive audience growth, analyze performance metrics, and optimize engagement across channels.
- Provide strategic direction for newsletter, website, and email communications while collaborating with internal teams on execution.
- Requires 7–10+ years in communications, media relations, or digital campaigning with proven journalist network and media coverage success.
- Native Bahasa Indonesia and fluent English required; NGO or advocacy experience strongly preferred.
