Communications Manager

• Manage copy editing and communications services for reports written by 5 Lakes Energy for clients.
• Manage the company's website, LinkedIn, and other social media presence.
• Write weekly email newsletters, monthly op-eds, and blog posts for clients.
• Assist with business development by compiling materials and editing proposals.

This role amplifies the reach and influence of 5 Lakes Energy's climate and clean energy advocacy, helping to inform policymakers and the public on critical energy issues to mitigate climate change.

• Demonstrable experience in writing articles, reports, and memos.
• Ability to articulate information about energy, utility rates, economics, and climate in lay terms.
• Experience developing relationships with reporters and editors.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
