Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and lead FTP's marketing and communication strategies and campaigns to elevate the organization's profile with funders, prosecutors, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee media relations, brand visibility, and multi-channel content including social media, website, newsletters, and multimedia storytelling.
- Manage the Communications Team budget, staff, and consultants, and serve as a thought-partner to the CEO and leadership team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, social media, or related fields with increasing responsibility and team management.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for opinion pieces, strategy documents, reports, and newsletters; strong project management skills.
- Experience working with diverse communities and a deep commitment to social justice; working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Salesforce, Box, and Asana.
