Mission

What you will drive

  • Set and guide the strategy for all communications, including digital and public relations, to consistently articulate BLMP's mission.
  • Lead the communications team, supervise staff, and develop comprehensive communications plans across diverse audiences.
  • Manage content strategy, narrative strategy, digital presence, collateral, brand, media relations, and rapid response protocols.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 10 years of communications experience, ideally in an in-house leadership role within a nonprofit structure.
  • Proven ability to transform knowledge into engaging messages and disseminate through appropriate channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadline-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborative, mission-aligned relationship builder; available for nights and weekends during urgent response.
