What you will drive

  • Manage Blue Compass's external communications, including email newsletters, social media, and organizational updates.
  • Serve as the primary community manager for Compass Connect, fostering engagement and moderating discussions.
  • Lead member recruitment and outreach efforts to grow the network.
  • Coordinate logistics for New York programming events during the first year.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, community management, or member engagement.

  • Experience moderating online communities and facilitating difficult conversations.
  • Organized and self-directed with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
