What you will drive

- Serve as the primary community manager for Compass Connect, fostering engagement and moderating discussions.
- Lead member recruitment and outreach efforts to grow the network.
- Coordinate logistics for New York programming events during the first year.

What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in communications, community management, or member engagement.
