Communications and Design Manager

• Develop and deliver a strategic stakeholder communications strategy for internal and external audiences, including employees, consumers, and key stakeholders.
• Create and coordinate communication materials such as videos, leaflets, newsletters, and regulatory submissions.
• Manage and maintain communication channels (intranet, website, webinars, events) and measure effectiveness.

This role supports SP Energy Networks' investment of over £5bn in transmission projects to enable renewable energy growth and help achieve Scottish and UK net-zero targets, directly contributing to climate action.

• Proven track record in developing and delivering complex internal and external communications strategies.
• Ability to professionally design high-quality materials for varied audiences.
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Salary from £55,200 to £69,000 per annum plus up to 15% bonus and single healthcare cover. Additional benefits include 36 days annual leave, pension with up to 10% company contribution, share schemes, electric vehicle schemes, and various discounts.
