Commissioning Engineer

• Lead and support testing, commissioning, and initial energization of utility-scale HV substations, BESS, and PV facilities.
• Develop Testing & Commissioning plans and energization procedures aligned with project specifications and utility requirements.
• Serve as primary technical interface between Project Management, Owners, Utilities, OEMs, and Field Services.
• Provide post-energization technical support, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and onsite training.

This role ensures the safe and reliable integration of renewable energy infrastructure into the grid, accelerating the transition to clean energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of HV substations, BESS, and utility-scale PV facilities.
• 3–4 years of experience performing and directing high voltage switching operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of protection and control systems, power quality, and harmonic analysis.

Compensation Range: $115,576 - $141,581 (Salary)
