Mission
What you will drive
- Execute commissioning activities for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from pre-commissioning through substantial completion.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper scheduling and communication.
- Manage equipment suppliers and conduct site visits to oversee commissioning plans and performance testing.
- Identify gaps in project documents and suggest process improvements based on lessons learned.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Educational background in Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in commissioning and/or systems engineering within renewable energy.
- Hands-on experience with battery storage systems, medium voltage stations, and related products.
- Proficient in MV electrical installations, ampacity calculations, short circuit/load flow, protective device coordination, arc flash, grounding per IEEE80, and relevant regulatory standards (NEC/UL).
