Core responsibilities:

• Co-found Lens Academy, a scalable AI safety education platform addressing superintelligence existential risk
• Choose from strategy, product, development, design, marketing, community management, or fundraising based on your strengths
• Work as a technical or non-technical generalist with founder Luc, dividing responsibilities by interests and skills
• Build systems scaling AI safety education to thousands of students at under $10 per student

This role creates positive change by building a scalable AI safety education platform that addresses superintelligence existential risk and makes AI safety education accessible to thousands of students at low cost.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Ability to work as a technical or non-technical generalist
• Capacity to move fast and work independently while collaborating with others
• Skills in at least one of: strategy, product, development, design, marketing, community management, or fundraising
• Ability to divide responsibilities based on interests and skills with co-founder
