Co-founder and CEO role leading commercial strategy, fundraising, and company-building for an AI-powered drug discovery platform spinning out from a venture studio.
- Shape strategy and positioning alongside technical cofounders; lead fundraising through seed and Series A rounds.
- Build commercial engine by establishing partnerships, pilots, and paying customers across pharma and biotech sectors.
- Hire leadership team, manage board relations, secure grants and academic partnerships, and handle day-to-day operations.
- Requires world-class expertise in AI, ML, therapeutics, or related field; proven ability to lead fundraising rounds or strong investor network.
- Full-time, UK-based role with meaningful co-founder equity; platform already validated on multiple use cases with published research.
