Co-founder building a candidate recruitment programme to place animal-welfare advocates into food industry purchasing roles.
- Coach candidates through applications and interviews; produce guidance materials; identify high-impact roles in UK food businesses.
- Decide scope of direct relationships with food businesses versus candidate-focused strategy.
- Requires 5+ years recruitment experience with hands-on candidate coaching, not just placements.
- Genuine interest in animal welfare or alternative proteins; comfortable building organisational structure from scratch.
- Eight-day paid trial project (£190/day) evaluating real recruitment work before six-month contract begins.
