Clinical Case Coordinator

• Allocate clinical cases to volunteer specialists in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate case-specialty matching.
• Ensure privacy and clinical protocols are respected and improved as necessary.
• Exercise diplomacy and high-level communication to engage projects in usage of Telemedicine services.
• Provide coaching and support across the CCC team, particularly with junior CCCs.

This role directly connects MSF field projects with volunteer specialists, enabling timely clinical advice that improves patient care in underserved regions worldwide.

• University degree in relevant medical or paramedical field.
• Extensive evaluation and analytical skills.
• Commitment to MSF’s Principles and cross-cultural awareness.
• Fluency in English; French highly desirable; Spanish or Arabic an asset.

Salary Grid and benefits package of responsible MSF contracting office based on location. Remote position within UTC to UTC+4 time zone.
