Mission
What you will drive
- Allocate clinical cases to volunteer specialists in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate case-specialty matching.
- Ensure privacy and clinical protocols are respected and improved as necessary.
- Exercise diplomacy and high-level communication to engage projects in usage of Telemedicine services.
- Provide coaching and support across the CCC team, particularly with junior CCCs.
