What you will drive
- Lead and deliver climate risk and resilience projects across multiple sectors, managing workstreams and coordinating junior team members.
- Provide specialist expertise in infrastructure resilience, transport adaptation, energy systems, nature-based solutions, and place-based adaptation.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, facilitating workshops and collaborative decision-making.
- Support business development through proposal writing and contribute to thought leadership and internal tool development.

What makes you a great fit

- Knowledge of climate-related disclosure frameworks (e.g., TCFD) and adaptation reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as GIS and Excel for climate risk analysis.
