Mission

What you will drive

  • Prepare structural design drawings including foundation plans, structural layouts, sections, elevations, reinforcement details, anchor bolt layouts, and construction details for substation, transmission line, and BESS projects.
  • Develop drawing packages for substations, transmission line structures, BESS facilities, equipment foundations, control buildings, gantries, and miscellaneous steel structures.
  • Support civil/site drawing development including site plans, grading plans, drainage layouts, access roads, ditches, culverts, and erosion control plans using Civil 3D.
  • Coordinate structural foundations and equipment supports with civil grading, drainage, site constraints, and electrical equipment layouts.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Structural Engineering Technology, Drafting Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in civil and/or structural drafting within the energy sector (substations, transmission lines, BESS, renewable energy, or industrial infrastructure).
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with emphasis on structural drafting and detailing, reinforced concrete, structural steel, and foundation plans.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D for site grading, surfaces, profiles, drainage layouts, and earthwork calculations.
