Civil Site Lead, Power Delivery 

• Lead and manage all civil work at substation and transmission line sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and construction schedules.
• Create and supervise earthwork, grading, drainage systems, access roads, cable trenches and foundations for substation and transmission lines.
• Review and approve civil construction methodologies, work plans and method statements submitted by contractors.
• Provide technical leadership to site civil engineers, inspectors, assign tasks, review work and mentor team members.

This role supports the development and modernization of energy infrastructure, enabling reliable and sustainable power delivery while ensuring environmental compliance and safety.

• Experience leading civil work on transmission and substation projects.
• Proficiency in grading, drainage, stormwater management, and geotechnical design.
• Ability to review and interpret civil design drawings and technical documents.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to interface with multiple disciplines and clients.
