Civil Design Manager, Data Center Sites - Remote (U.S.)

• Lead data center due diligence, planning, and design teams to deliver projects meeting client requirements on schedule and with high quality.
• Develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans.
• Host and attend meetings with clients and external stakeholders, proactively managing and communicating changes.
• Develop technical and financial proposals for new and add/move/change data center design projects.

This role enables the development of critical data center infrastructure that supports the digital economy, while ensuring sustainable and efficient design practices.

• Experience managing the design of industrial and data center civil and utility infrastructure.
• Background in civil engineering.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
