Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with organizational priorities, including annual roadmaps and budgets.
- Oversee product leadership, ensuring strong product strategy, roadmaps, and execution to deliver customer-centered digital products.
- Establish organization-wide cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance with K-12 district requirements (FERPA, COPPA, etc.).
- Lead technology operations, architecture, vendor management, and drive modernization across enterprise systems.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience with 7-10 years in technology leadership, including 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading technology strategy for a school district, SaaS, EdTech, or similar organization (25-200 employees).
- Deep understanding of modern software development, cloud infrastructure, security frameworks, and AI technologies.
