Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with organizational priorities, including annual roadmaps and budgets.
  • Oversee product leadership, ensuring strong product strategy, roadmaps, and execution to deliver customer-centered digital products.
  • Establish organization-wide cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance with K-12 district requirements (FERPA, COPPA, etc.).
  • Lead technology operations, architecture, vendor management, and drive modernization across enterprise systems.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience with 7-10 years in technology leadership, including 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading technology strategy for a school district, SaaS, EdTech, or similar organization (25-200 employees).
  • Deep understanding of modern software development, cloud infrastructure, security frameworks, and AI technologies.
