How to Apply for Chief Revenue Officer (f/m/x)
at LiveEO
🏢 About LiveEO
LiveEO is a Berlin-based AI startup that transforms satellite data into actionable insights for enterprise infrastructure monitoring, helping clients like railways and utilities become more resilient and climate-friendly. With a bold goal to monitor 1 billion assets by 2030, it offers a rare chance to scale a purpose-driven SaaS company at the intersection of space tech and sustainability.
About This Role
As Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the entire revenue engine—from SDR and AE to Customer Success and Marketing—and craft a written GTM strategy to dominate new verticals. You'll sit on the leadership team, directly shaping LiveEO's global expansion and working alongside the CEO, COO, CPO, and CTO to hit aggressive revenue targets.
💡 A Day in the Life
Your day might start with a pipeline review with the global SDR team, followed by a strategy session with the CEO on entering a new vertical like renewable energy. You'll then jump on a call with a key enterprise prospect, coach an AE on negotiation tactics, and end by refining the GTM plan with marketing to ensure alignment on quarterly targets.

🎯 Who LiveEO Is Looking For
- Proven track record scaling enterprise SaaS revenue from $10M to $50M+ ARR, ideally in data analytics, geospatial, or infrastructure software.

- Strategic thinker who can write a clear GTM plan and execute it, while also diving into sales cycles and customer negotiations.
- Passion for climate tech and satellite analytics, with the ability to translate complex AI/EO concepts into compelling business value for enterprise buyers.
📝 Tips for Applying to LiveEO
Highlight specific revenue milestones you've achieved (e.g., 'grew ARR from $5M to $30M in 3 years') and tie them to LiveEO's goal of 1 billion assets by 2030.
Demonstrate familiarity with satellite analytics or infrastructure monitoring by referencing LiveEO's key industries (rail, utilities, pipelines) and how you'd tailor GTM strategies for them.
Show you're a player-coach: provide examples of how you've personally closed enterprise deals while also building scalable sales processes.
Emphasize international experience, especially in US and European markets, since LiveEO is expanding globally from its Berlin HQ.
Include a brief section or attachment outlining your first 90-day plan for LiveEO's revenue organization, focusing on quick wins and long-term structure.
