Chief of Staff

• Translate the CEO's and board's strategy into a prioritised, tracked portfolio of company initiatives, and own the operating cadence across leadership meetings, priorities and OKRs.
• Support the origination and structuring of strategic partnerships and commercial agreements with OEMs, integrators and platform partners.
• Support the Series B raise end-to-end, including investor targeting, narrative and materials, data room, and diligence coordination.
• Drive organisational progress by tracking key cross-functional projects, removing obstacles, and holding teams accountable to delivery.

This role accelerates the transition to clean energy by enabling Relectrify to scale its disruptive battery storage technology, reducing storage costs and unlocking more energy from every battery cell, thereby contributing to a world abundant with clean energy.

• MBA from a top-tier business school with a minimum of 4 years' applicable experience, ideally in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or venture, or corporate strategy and development.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and financial and analytical modelling capability, together with board and investor-grade written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated record of high agency and ownership, driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to command influence without formal authority and build enduring trust with leaders across every function.
